Cancellation Policy

We may ask for a deposit to secure your booking - we understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require a cancellation. Out of respect for our therapy time, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments to an appointment, deposits for cancelllations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
